- Coordinates and is responsible for the project activity from the tender phase;

- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers;
- Participate in proposal preparation as Tender Manager (understand the scope, prepare/coordinate the proposal preparation and be in contact with the Client)
- Centralizes all the documentation of the work and delivers it quarterly - in scanned format and at the end of the project to the beneficiary
