Support implementation of sustainability/ESG strategy and environmental management systems
Uploading new real estate assets onto SIERA Data Management Platform
Archiving assets within the SIERA Data Management Platform
Working with the invoiced consumption data held within the SIERA Data Management Platform
Adding the meter readings onto the SIERA Data Management Platform and support processing with the data automation team
Distributing the follow up/ feedback reports to the managing agents and other stakeholders when data has been processed. . data gaps, data we couldn’t process and why

Support the monitoring of projects to cost, quality, plan, time, embedding project controls, project closure and overall governance best practice
Compile and analyse Programme related financials and KPI information using key supporting systems such as Excel and Zoho Projects
Prepare programme/project Key Performance Indicator reports to illustrate relative health of a range of projects
Support and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across assigned Portfolios
Support in arranging internal and external project milestone meetings, as well as diaries management
Update and maintain key controls like Risk registers, Action Log, Issues register, Decisions Log, (RAID) individual programme/project level as directed
Support in coordination of new business opportunities
Help define, create, embed and improve project controls across the EVORA delivery teams
Expected to challenge and advise the PMO Lead in practical methods to improve project controls
Supporting design and development of user guides and training materials to support role out of programme / project management controls and best practice methods
Create a best practice reports process based on analysis and visualisation.
Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic systems, taking complicated problems and developing our data quality framework.
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets.
Evaluate organisational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
Work directly with management, consultants and clients to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Proactively analyse data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Create and maintain rich interactive visualisations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.
Develop records management processes and policies.
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
Set up and maintain automated data processes.
Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
Liaise with clients to fully understand data content.
Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
Analyse large datasets and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
Consult with clients and agree what data to collect how it should be gathered and presented - considering any ethical or legal considerations.
