Implement and maintain continuous improvement techniques and Kuehne-Nagel Process Systems-tools such as: lean six sigma, 5S, visual management, standardization, process status boards, process control boards, and more
Validate DMAIC savings and CI progress with Site Manager and National Process Systems Manager and document through the Corporate Tracker tool
Train, coach, and support of employees at various levels in the site on in applying continuous improvement techniques and tools
Actively identify and create the conditions to reach a culture of participation and involvement in which continuous improvement becomes self-evident
Perform administration linked to continuous improvements such as developing and maintaining training LSS - manuals, LSS – documentation, reporting on the progress of the Kuehne-Nagel Process Systems implementation, and more
Active participation in VSM (Value Stream Mapping) events with the operational teams to identify improvement opportunities and DMAIC projects throughout the business
Identify, lead and deliver LSS Green Belt level projects for the sites in line with site objectives and budget requirements together with operational teams

Operational duties to include coordination with shippers, truckers, steamship lines and KN offices for the export of shipments
Complete process of shipment includes arranging for pick-up or inland transportation, booking, document preparation (bill of lading, KN invoicing, certificate of origin, export declaration and/or AES, if applicable) forwarding, follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination and data quality requirement.
Customer Service responsibilities include maintaining communication with vendor, shipper, customer, carrier and K+N overseas offices throughout the process and choosing proper routing appropriate to the customer's needs
Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability
Maintain SOP (standard operating procedures) and customer profiles including key contacts, special requirements, contract rates and preferred routings/services/carriers.
Immediately report problems, operation disputes or discrepancies to supervisor, manager or divisional manager

Implementați și mențineți tehnicile de îmbunătățire continuă și instrumente Kuehne-Nagel Process Systems, cum ar fi: lean six sigma, 5S, management vizual, standardizare, panouri de stare proces, plăci de control al procesului și multe altele;
Antrenează și sprijină angajații site-ului cu privire la aplicarea tehnicilor și instrumentelor de îmbunătățire continuă;
Identificați și creați în mod activ condițiile pentru a ajunge la o cultură a participării și implicării în care îmbunătățirea continuă să devină evidentă;
Raspunde de intocmirea notei de receptie si introducerea cantitatilor receptionate in sistemul de gestiune WMS;
Introduce, verifica si se asigura ca datele introduse in sistem sunt conforme cu documentele de receptie marfa;
Completeaza documente (CMR);
Se ocupa de arhivarea electronica si fizica a documentelor;
Pastrarea unei relatii de informare corecta si in timp a datelor catre clientii companiei;
To document, resolve, analyze all complaints + then identify, share + eliminate root causes;
Maintain track and trace updates within the TMS, either monitored electronically or updated manually;
Updating and following the situation of the customer orders and reports to the clients;
Knowledge related to UE and non-UE transport conditions and customs legislation, by finding the optimal solutions and communicating the chosen solutions to customers;
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted;
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents;
Complete the assigned tasks and assist/share information with team members to achieve the targets in team;
Administrative task related to data entry and documents flows;
Pro-actively look for and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities in the department.

Supervizeaza activitatatea angajatilor din aria de care raspunde astfel incat fiecare dintre acestia sa-si indeplineasca atributiile conform fisei postului;
Monitorizează și diminuează la minimum riscurile de deteriorare și/sau defecțiuni ale materialelor;
Participă fizic la verificarea inventarului oficial anunțat în depozite asigurand respectarea principiilor FIFO;
Raspunde de mentinerea standardelor de igiena si calitate ale depozitului conform cerintelor companiei;
Shall ensure that incoming commands will be handled correctly
Responsible for daily planning of all equipment (most efficient way)
Responsible for daily planning of drivers (most efficient way and according to regulations)
Dispatches all issues / problems that occur with drivers (reachable 24/7)
Reporting and investigation accidents/incidents with the tight contracted timelines
Instructs the truck drivers newly employed by the company during their trips in order to get them familiar with the new routes
Responsible for the evaluation of the trips and the drivers at the end of the shift according with company policies
Actively involved in the hiring process of the drivers
Responsible for the drivers instructions before the starting of the trips such as addresses, coordinates, trip lists, loadings/unloading orders etc
Responsible with daily checks of the drivers’ activity and status on all the trucks including every Monday morning to report the truck index
Checks driven km and hours and proposes legal ways to reduce the dead timing and the optimization of the trips
Proactive looking for business opportunities / creating line hauls and optimizing routes
Takes over the activities of other colleagues in department in their absence
Assist the Transport Manager to meet the agreed Budget and KPI’s, actively seeking ways to improve efficiency, performance and reducing costs
Ensuring daily management information is compiled both for internal and external customer and that this information is submitted accurately and on a timely basis
