Atribuțiile:
Responsible for the QMS (Quality Management System) implementation and monitoring of compliance within the Local Marketing Company.
Acts as the primary liaison with the GMS supplying sites, R&D and Regional Quality as it relates to approval of repacking activities and resolving Quality issues with the product supplied.
Ensure that all colleagues in the commercial operating units are adequately trained on the procedures and processes that relate to QMS implementation and regulatory compliance.
Manage product incidents and support and coordinate product recalls according with the Romanian legislation and internal Standard Operation Procedure.
Report and follow-up on product complaints with manufacturing sites, patients, customers and Commercial teams according with the Romanian legislation and internal Standard Operation Procedure.
Oversee the effective implementation of Artwork Management procedures within the commercial teams
Manage all matters pertaining to regulatory and QA compliance for repacking procedures to ensure timely QA batch release of repacked orders before distribution and/or re-export:
Conduct audits of local Logistics Services Provider, Distribution warehouses and printers/ artwork studios and ensures that the contractors comply with Haleon and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support for authorities, Haleon customers in matters where quality problems occur.

Supports the Cluster Expert Marketing Manager to develop and execute the local Expert marketing strategy in line with CEE strategy
Develops and gains approval for medical marketing assets at local level, training materials, scientific presentations for representatives, brand reminders. Executes production of these assets
Oversees and constantly optimizes the expert budget and budget phasing for the country
Cooperates with Medical function in building Key Opinion Leader relations, and executes all tasks related to their engagement in line with compliance and legal requirements including administrative tasks
Participates at Expert Field Force cycle meetings and seeks constant feedback and understanding of local expert insights
Participates in periodic reviews of Brand performance for a set of Priority Brands in the country and collaborates with local marketing teams to identify and approve mitigating actions to deliver Brand/Brands financial commitments
Builds powerful relationships with local Marketing, Medical and Sales teams

Understand full channel and customer potential for GSK Categories and brands
Deliver sales, profit and visibility targets for customer group.
Develop credible relationships that lead to win/win agreements ensuring GSK strategy is implemented, and we are recognized as a supplier of choice in the categories we operate in.
Gain agreement on annual plan and monitor to ensure best in class execution is carried out and corrective actions are taken when necessary. Ensure proper measurement and evaluation is in place.
Identify opportunities based on customer insights and work with cross functional teams to translate to actionable proposals that grow our categories.
Leverage all available data and insights to monitor KPIs per customer and drive action. Drive solutions that grow customer’s trust in GSK, to overcome problems efficiently
Conduct regular reviews of business performance internally and externally and ensure agreed actions are put in place.
Consolidates sales forecasting per account, brand & SKU
Validate the Service Invoices and Credit Notes that are related to the annual agreement and the trade budget spent.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with Mass Market and OTC KAMs to maximize GSK potential and consistency within omni channel customers
Monitor competition and identify risk and opportunities
Align with ComEx on e-commerce range and pricing strategies.
