Invatarea intregului mod de functionare a ERP-ului Navision si participarea activa la imbunatatiri si personalizari ale sistemului, pentru a optimiza eficienta;
Analizarea structurii si a fluxurilor activitatii companiei, analiza de business a fluxurilor din fiecare departament pentru a identifica posibile solutii software si pentru implementarea proiectelor;
Dezvoltarea si mentinerea documentatiei tehnice, inclusiv manuale de utilizare si materiale de instruire, pentru a asigura utilizarea eficienta a sistemului;
Oferirea de instruire și asistenta utilizatorilor, asigurandu-va ca acestia au cunostintele necesare pentru a utiliza sistemul in mod eficient;
Customizare de soft (creare de procese, flow-uri, crearea de rapoarte/ view-uri);
Coordonarea, monitorizarea si implementarea tuturor aplicatiilor de soft interne;
Oferirea suportului tehnic si rezolvarea problemelor legate de sistemele software coordonate

Colaborarea stransa cu departamentul de achizitii si Office Managerul pentru a asigura fluxul eficient al informațiilor si corelarea datelor;
Generarea rapoartelor si analizelor din sistemul ERP pentru raportare catre Directorul General și Contabil
Write engaging copy for decks to support senior leadership and the sales team (training documents, videos, print/digital ads, brochures, emails for both internal and external audiences) and other marketing collateral as requested
