Logistics Projects and Methods Specialist

Atribuțiile:
- Deploy all Martur logistics standards, documentation, guidelines, working methods and tools in the plant and toward suppliers and customers;
- Shall contribute the logistics infrastructure according to the rules of customer and critical points defined by Martur Supply Chain Development Management department;
- Continuous improvement with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers;
- Supplies in time and the required amount of components during project phase;
- Manage stock level of finished products and components during project phase, according to customer requirements and MARTUR objectives;
- Manage stock level and warehouse activity (warehouse project management) for components and finished products during project phase;
- Monitor the performance of suppliers during project phase in accordance with contracts, reporting any irregularities or problems;
- All logistics activities to support new product introduction;
- Maintain permanent contact with Production Department to ensure an optimum production flow during project phase;
- Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Engineering in order to minimize as much as possible the impact on the stock of components due to technical modifications;
- Maintain permanent contact with the Department of Quality and logistics operator in order to avoid any issues in the incoming flow during project phase
- In the beginning phase of the project, defines appropriate logistics flow, calculate logistics costs and prepare offer;
- From quotation stage to serial production, takes the necessary actions to meet the customer’s additional demands;
- Describe, implement, standard the methods of the supply chain management;
- Monitor and coordinate all changes during project or serial life and transfer the project data to operational;
