  • Deals with all aspects related to maintenance, communication and collaboration with the building owners
  • Finds solutions for optimizing the freight and employee transport, deliveries, order management, courier
  • Deals with the preparation and keeping up to date of the ``Buildings Book'', with the implementation of all changes of spaces and schemes for dividing the spaces by projects. Prepares reports on the number of places available monthly
  • Deals with the implementation of the projects in all Majorel locations through the requested fitting out works, and taking over the space from the suppliers (owner, fitting out suppliers) and handing over the space to the project that requested the changes based on minutes and documents. The handing over of the spaces to the building owners will be done after completing the specific minutes in collaboration with the legal department and the IT department
  • For the area of responsibilities, supports internal and external audits, periodic checks, and any other activities related to the evaluations requested by the management
  • Is responsible for the organization of visits and events, participates in the presentation of spaces for potential new clients and implements a visit preparation process
  • Deals with solving the necessary interventions in case of incidents and implements ad hoc actions
  • Follows the internal procurement procedures respecting the approval limit. Prepares the documentation related to any investments for all fixed assets and ensures that they are signed by the authorized persons
  • Plans, organizes and supervises the professional activities of the administrative team
  • Ensures that the personal data, customer data and specific business data are processed in accordance with the Declaration of
  • Acceptance of Personal Data Processing, the Individual Employment Contract, work procedures, Data Protection, IT procedures and other procedures provided by the employer

  • Collection, storage and management of customer data;
  • Knowledge acquisition of products;
  • Providing information about Client’s rules and regulations;
  • Handling complaints;
  • Other activities related to the Client’s services;
  • Reporting;
  • Fulfilling other tasks deriving directly from the position without being directly ordered so
