Work directly with the Procurement, Procurement legal team and the wider business as a reliable and commercially minded point of contact within the privacy legal department
Draft and negotiate clear and commercially appropriate procurement agreements in respect of the business privacy requirements within agreed parameters and guidelines
Be well structured, clear and organized, with an ability to prioritize and drive progress within a very fast paced environment
Attend weekly priority meetings on behalf of the legal team
Demonstrate a collaborative approach to getting the job done, providing and drawing on technical and specialist support from other members of the privacy legal team and Legal & Public Affairs function (where required) and with a range of partners both within the business and externally
Build and deliver guidance documents and training material for teams within the business under the direction of the Senior Managing Counsel
Stretch out to support other initiatives within the Privacy legal team, as capacity allows
Support the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to deliver tactical and strategic security improvements in line with the overarching security strategy
Monitoring of the security control implementation within the business unit in collaboration with the security capability area leads and security program managers
Represent the BISO at meetings and act on behalf of as requested
Proactively identify information security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement to better enable business security at the global level
Help the business unit understand and mitigate the cyber and fraud risks identified in line with the company's risk appetite
Support the effective teamwork between the business unit teams and the Security & Fraud service teams
Guide and support the business unit in following the appropriate security procedures such as the risk assessments and the exception management exercises, ensuring completeness and alignment to standard baselines or ’s security policies
Support partner concerns for information security issues identified by security teams and/or the business units themselves
Work with security insights teams to ensure that security metrics and reports receive the right level of attention in the target business unit
Continuously analyze and improve business unit specific security metrics
Assist the Business Unit in handling and preventing cyber incidents and supporting incident coordination as the need arises
Provide domain expertise on various cyber threats to Business unit leadership
Support the BISO ensuring the business unit is accurately serviced by the security teams in line with the agreed SLAs and risk mitigation needs
Build productive relationships with your collaborators and become their trusted security advisor
Using Change Management interventions (such as communications, learning managing change agent networks and stakeholder engagement etc.) to anticipate, plan and manage potential change impacts of Programs

Responsible for investigating the incidents escalated by the 24/7 Cyber Security Incident Response Team
Assists the 24/7 team with triaging and investigating cybersecurity alerts raised by a wide variety of security tools like: SOAR, EDR, XDR, IPS/IDS, SIEM, Sandbox, Cloud security and Email Security
Coordinates escalation, response, resolution, and reporting of cybersecurity incidents
Performs technical investigation on complex security incidents to achieve efficient mitigation for active threats and identification of the root cause
Collaborates on various departmental projects that help the organization improve its cyber security posture and achieve its mission/objectives
Collaborates with different CDR stakeholders and vendors to remediate any identified gaps
Monitors the 24/7 team KPIs and generate detailed metric reports when needed
Masters and uses CSIRT’s playbooks, runbooks, workflows, operational documentation, and processes. Contributes to the writing and maintenance of all such documents.
Looks for opportunities to improve documentation and standardization of CSIRT processes
Owns and delivers on assigned projects (often around improvements to detections, processes and playbooks) while balancing execution and deliveries with operations and IR workload; Supports other team members in projects
Drives continuous improvements of our detection and response capabilities quality and efficiency by identifying and owning improvement areas in the technology, methods, processes (including opportunities around detection tuning and automation).
