- Asista in pregatirea situatiei contabile finale
- Tine un registru al propunerilor pentru modificare si al ordinelor de modificare aprobate
- Pastreaza o situatie actualizata a stadiului listei de cantitati care sa arate cantitatile initiale, luna curenta si costuri si cantitati totale cumulate si costuri
- Mentinerea unui registru privind masuratorile pentru lucrarile executate
